We do this through something called topic and task analysis, where our instructional designers work closely to extract defined learning objectives from your training topics.
Think of this as the foundation of your training. At this stage you’ll know what each lesson is called, what it will teach, what your people will walk away knowing and how we’ll evaluate them.
